Exterior Painting
Up to 5 Year Warranty
Exterior painting projects receive our most comprehensive coverage, protecting against workmanship defects for up to 5 years. This accounts for Toronto's demanding weather conditions.
Staining Projects
Up to 2 Year Warranty
Staining projects on decks, fences, pergolas, and siding are covered for up to 2 years against workmanship-related issues.
The Details
Conditions & Responsibilities
To maintain your warranty coverage, please note the following:
- The warranty covers workmanship defects only, not normal wear and tear
- All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@siennapainting.com
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Warranty coverage requires that the client has not altered or repainted the surfaces completed by Sienna Painting
- Environmental factors beyond our control (extreme weather events, flooding, structural issues) are not covered
To ensure the best possible outcome for your project, we ask that our clients:
- Clear the work area of personal items, furniture, and decorations prior to our arrival
- Ensure pets are secured during the project
- Provide access to water and electricity as needed
- Communicate any concerns or changes during the project promptly
- Allow adequate drying time before placing items against freshly painted surfaces
