Our Process
Free Estimate
At a time that's convenient to you, we meet at your project site, complete a walkthrough, discuss coating options and your vision for the project. Then we will take our measurements, compose a thorough estimate for services and present you with the project breakdown.
Project Set Up
Approximately two weeks to a month prior to the tentative project date set at your estimate, we will touch base to firm up colours and a start date, leaving room for slight shifts or weather complications.
Confirmation
The day before your project start date we will call or email you to confirm our arrival for the following day.
Punctual Arrival
Being on time is an important value of ours, and we value the busy schedules of our clients.
Set Up & Walkthrough
As our crew sets up for the project, our project manager will go over the project with you so that everyone is on the same page.
Prep Work
Stepping back to see the vast improvement that new paint or stain has on a space may be satisfying (so satisfying), but the real meat of a project remains in the preparatory work. Where required and quoted for, our teams will scrape, sand, wash, fill and prime the areas that are in need of a little TLC.
Painting / Staining
The exciting part of the project! We recommend using great quality products to have your spaces shine and withstand the elements.
Clean Up
Caring for our client's spaces as if they're our own means we're thorough about our clean up practices. We want it to look as if a magician came in, snapped her fingers and *poof* your walls changed colours. That means no drips and scuffs, paint chips or piles of sandpaper dust are left in our wake.
Inspection
As we're wrapping up the project, our project manager will do a walkthrough with you, ensuring your satisfaction with our services.
